Housing Market to Remain Open During Lockdown 3.0

The Government’s official guidance for England states that you can still move home, however people outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

They have also stated that estate and letting agents and removal firms can continue to work, and if you are looking to move you can still go to property viewings.

While we are in this latest stage of public restricted movement, we are still here to assist in your property search.  Our offices remain open in line with Government direction and we are conducting viewings whilst following the Government guidance in relation to PPE, sanitisation and social distancing rules. It is important to stress that we take this responsibility very seriously and we will always put the well-being of our clients and customers first.
